Measure the circumference of your head with a measuring tape, about an inch above your eyebrows.
If you don't have a tape to hand, grab a piece of string or a charging cable and measure the length afterwards with a ruler (downloading a printable ruler if necessary). Our helmets come with an adjuster dial and removable padding to help you get the perfect fit.

30-day returns & exchanges
Wrong size or changed your mind on the colour? You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
All returns must be registered via the Dashel returns portal.

Add Checkout+ and all your return postage is covered
Select Checkout+ at checkout and your return and exchange postage is covered. It costs just 2% of your order in the UK and Germany (only £1.58 / €1.98 on a Recycle helmet) and 5% for all other countries. It’s available across the UK, EU, Switzerland, Norway, the US and Canada.
Without Checkout+, you can still return or exchange, but postage is paid by you.

Rest of World Returns
If Checkout+ isn’t available in your country, you’ll need to arrange your own return postage. You can return to our warehouse in Germany or the UK, but please email sales@dashel.co.uk before sending so we can book it in. Returns are the buyer’s responsibility, so please use a tracked service.

Orders placed before 20 October 2026
Please register your return via our previous returns portal. For UK & Germany, return postage labels cost £4/€6, which is deducted from your refund.
