Dashel Returns and Exchange policy:
All customers must register their return via the Dashel returns portal
Checkout+
Purchasers that opted in for Checkout+ will have free return shipping for exchanges, store credit and refunds. Checkout+ is offered to customers based in the UK, EU, Switzerland, Norway, the US and Canada. Purchasers that opted out are responsible for all return shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged.
Rest of World Returns
Please note that we do not refund any international return postage
You can return to our warehouse in Germany or the UK.
Returns are the responsibility of the buyer so use a tracked service.
Orders placed before 20 October 2026
Please register your return via our previous returns portal. For UK & Germany, return postage labels cost £4/€6, which is deducted from your refund.

EU customers can exercise their right of withdrawal via the returns portal: Redo for orders from 20 October 2026, or our previous portal for orders placed before then.
