The construction of our helmets comes with a three year guarantee if bought from www.dashel.co.uk, or an authorised retailer (these are listed on the stockist page)

Simply email info@dashel.co.uk, tell us what’s wrong along with proof of purchase and we'll be happy to help. If you have purchased direct from our website we will have that on file.

Never buy a cycle helmet second hand. Damage to the liner may not be visible.

Dashel does not provide any guarantee for a helmet bought from eBay, as no authorised dealer has permission to sell Dashel's products there. 

Cosmetic damage to the outer shell (scratches to the plastic shell, or cracks in the carbon fibre gel coat) caused by knocks, are not covered by the guarantee.

Remember if you crash or drop your helmet, it needs replacing.  Email info@dashel.co.uk so we can get the helmet back for recycling and we will offer you 30% off your replacement Dashel (or 25% off an Ocean Edition range)
